Maize Maze at The Toy Barn


Come for an adventurous day out exploring our giant maize maze. Choose your path wisely or face re-tracing your steps to find the correct route. Getting lost has never been so much FUN! The Maize Maze is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 11pm to 4pm. Last entry to the maze is at 3.30pm.

£6 per person (under 3s free)

£20 for a 4 person group ticket – must include 1 adult

£4.80 for an extra person on the group ticket


Summer holiday at the Tank Museum

Explore the Museum's latest exhibition.

Through a series of models, Tank, Back to the Future, will explore the failed designs of armoured vehicles throughout history. See Tanks roll into action at 1pm every weekday. A few lucky visitors will be picked from the Museum to take part in the display. Realistic lifelike explosions and expert commentary. Learn how tanks have evolved and how they are used in battle in this action. Take part with a Tanks in Action Crew Day - new for 2018. Ride in a Main Battle Tank and spend the day with Workshop staff getting the vehicles ready for the show.


Melon Madness at Monkey World

Visit Monkey World in Dorset and don't forget to bring a melon for the primates (each child that brings a melon will receive a FREE Monkey World Badge!).

Come and find out, and along the way learn how to identify different trees, discover the wonder of photosynthesis, meet some friendly forest creatures and encounter crazy characters from folklore and fairy tales!
