Set within The Victorian Barn Dorset, this impressive accommodation combines two beautiful Victorian barn conversions, Victoria Albert and Helena, which are linked internally by an interconnecting hallway.
Originally built in 1849 and lovingly restored, the Osborne Collection retains charming period features while offering all the modern amenities you’d expect for a relaxed countryside stay. With nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms and generous living spaces across both barns, it’s ideal for family gatherings, celebration weekends and groups of friends wanting a sociable stay in rural Dorset.
The Victoria Albert wing forms the heart of the group space, offering a spacious dining room for up to 24 guests, a bar area and a large lounge with a wall mounted 75” SMART TV, perfect for hosting everyone together. Helena adds further space and comfort with its own kitchen and lounge with a 50” SMART TV, giving your group the flexibility to spread out, relax and enjoy separate areas when needed.
Both barns feature fully equipped kitchens and the first-floor kitchenette in Victoria Albert provides added convenience for larger groups.
Outside, you can unwind on the patios and enjoy two private hot tubs, offering the perfect end to a day exploring Dorset’s countryside and coastline. Our bedrooms boast comfortable memory foam mattresses with plush pillows and duvets (non feather), compact TVs, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside tables & full length mirrors.
Ground Floor
Two fully equipped kitchens, one with a Range Cooker and ceramic hob, tall freezer, tall fridge, under counter fridge and dishwasher, and the other with a double oven, ceramic hob, tall fridge freezer and dishwasher. The second kitchen also features a dining table and chairs for eight guests.
Immense lounge/living space with bespoke bar area, bar stools, comfy leather sofas, bucket style arm chairs, coffee tables and wall mounted 75" SMART TV.
Additional spacious lounge with sumptuous leather sofas, foot stool, mahogany coffee table, nest of tables and 50" SMART TV.
Spacious dining room with two farmhouse dining tables in a banquet style, separate serving table and modern leather dining chairs. This room also has two leather sofas, centre coffee table and wall mounted TV with Amazon Fire Stick for post dining relaxation. There are also floor to ceiling windows, blackout curtains and two entry/exit doors onto the patio for guests' convenience.

Guests can enjoy wonderful views across the surrounding countryside towards Bulbarrow Hill, the second highest point in Dorset.
For added convenience, there are two outdoor drying lines.
Set within 65 acres at The Victorian Barn, guests can enjoy a wide range of outdoor space, from open lawns to patio areas, creating a peaceful and relaxing setting for your stay.
There is ample parking with extra wide spaces, along with an onsite EV charger for added convenience during your visit.
