2016 what a year at The Victorian Barn…

We cannot believe how quickly this year has gone and 2017 is already looking to be even busier! We hope to see you all in 2017 but lets recap 2016 first...

January saw maintenance after a busy Christmas in 2015 and weekend breaks throughout the Barn with our first fitness retreat of the year!

February saw all of the half-term children coming for a well-deserved break with another fitness retreat in the mix.

March saw even longer weekend bookings throughout the Barn and cottages with another fitness retreat! We started our preparation for the busier months ahead…

April to July saw every weekend in the cottages, lodges, apartments and houses booked with a busy Wedding season ahead (We had 8 Weddings in 2016!)

August saw a new Team Member, Isabelle, who is now our Wedding Co-ordinator & Customer Service Apprentice. August was also jam-packed with children from the school holidays enjoying the sun in their hot tubs!

September was our busiest month for weddings – 3 in total! We also had Charlotte, leave us for a full time position (Don’t worry, she still pops in for the Wedding Showcases and Christmas Decorating!)

October was another busy month – even more fitness retreats and school holiday breaks!

November has to be one of our busiest months yet: a 50th wedding anniversary party, 40th & 30th birthday parties, hen parties and early Christmas Parties from returning guests!

We are finishing in December with our final wedding under our belts and Christmas & New Year preparation for a packed festive season – thankfully the stunning outside decorations have been provided by The Christmas Decorators!
