All About Apples

Our lovely daughter Andrea presented us with a 25kg bag of Bramley cooking apples which had fallen from one of her apple trees in her garden.

Apparently this was just one of 4 bags she had given away and that is not counting the boxes left outside her house.

We set to work on our recipes and there are so many to choose from so here we go:
