Our first article for June.

What a mad month of May in Dorset! We have been busy hosting and welcoming many guests in varying shapes and sizes: family holidays, hen parties, 21st birthday parties and a fitness retreat, not necessarily in that order. How did we fit it all in?

The flexibility of our accommodation and the ability for us to tailor make a stay makes us stand out from the rest. From collecting a bulk selection of locally cooked fresh Chinese meals for Friday nights in, to locally prepared and served Cordon Bleu food by the very capable Julian and Heidi of Hostaroast.

Activities enjoyed by our guests included Comins Tea House of Sturminster Newton, where our guests enjoyed fine teas alongside a locally sourced menu prepared daily in the Tea House kitchen. The holiday guests staying in the half term week, were spoilt for choice of things to do in Dorset - Starting with Sherborne Country Fayre on the Bank Holiday Monday, with lovely weather and plenty to see and do, to the Bath and West Show which was a slightly cooler day but still enjoyed by all who attended.
