Hot Tubs

The hot tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled after every stay and will be available from the first morning of your stay.

The hot tubs will not be available to use on your departure day.

The hot tubs will be checked regularly to ensure the chemicals are correct. We will not offer a mid-stay change of water therefore please adhere to the hygiene guidance (which can be found within your accommodation) for the hot tubs to ensure continued use during your stay.

Bathers should not exceed the maximum number permitted in the Hot Tub (5/6 guests)

Persons with heart disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, or any serious illness should not enter the Hot Tub without prior consultation with their doctor.

Please do not Jump/ dive into the water

Clothing (other than swimming costumes) and shoes are not permitted in the Hot Tub.

Please do not sit, stand or lie on the Hot Tub lid at any time.

Hot Tub Temperature

The temperature of our Hot Tubs are set to 38°C. The temperature should never exceed 40°C. Staying or bathing in hot water for a long time can cause severe heat-related illnesses and even death.

At 40°C please limit your time in the Hot Tub to a maximum of 20 minutes as extending this time can affect your inner organs and cause fever-like conditions.

Children are more sensitive to heat, they should not be exposed to a water temperature of more than 35°C.

In the event of a hot tub experiencing mechanical failure and it is not due to any fault of the guest, we will make every effort to repair it or offer an alternative solution by granting access to another property's hot tub, if available. If these options are not feasible, we will provide a refund of £25 per day for each day affected. Up to a maximum refund of £100.

We kindly request that children are supervised at all times including when using the activity suite, games room, swimming pool, the grounds and outdoor play area.
